Amanda Persad is an experienced social work professional currently serving as a Program Monitor at the Office of Refugee Resettlement since February 2021 and as a Senior Analyst at General Dynamics since July 2018. With a strong background in anti-human trafficking and victim services, Amanda has held positions including Program Officer at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and Anti-Human Trafficking Social Services Program Coordinator at Ayuda. Amanda's expertise encompasses needs assessment for trafficking victims, social service provision, program evaluation, and community outreach. Amanda holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Rights and Women's Studies from Trinity College-Hartford.
