Matt Graziano has extensive work experience in strategy, business development, and program management. Matt began their career in 2001 as a Captain in the US Army's Signal Corps. In 2005, they joined General Dynamics Mission Systems as a Business Development Manager and later progressed to roles such as Senior Program Manager, Program Director, and Business Segment Director. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Director of Unmanned Systems Business Development. In 2021, they shifted to the role of Director of Undersea Systems Strategy and Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the Land & Air Systems Line of Business at General Dynamics Mission Systems.
Matt Graziano has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame (1997-2001) and an MS in Management from Regis University (2002-2007). Matt also obtained an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management (2011-2013).
