Jeff Pugh is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems architecture, desktop engineering, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Architect IV at General Atomics since May 2011, responsibilities include the design and administration of critical workspace infrastructure, management of over 20,000 endpoints across various platforms, and providing engineering oversight for workspace initiatives. Previous roles at General Atomics involved Macintosh/PC desktop support and technical incident resolution. Prior to joining General Atomics, Jeff worked at Apple Inc. as a Service Manager and Mac Genius, along with consultancy roles in desktop and network support at Mercer Investments and Ball Automotive Group. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University.
