Renee Garcia, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Renee worked at Northrop Grumman from October 2014 to May 2021, progressing through roles as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at The Wellness Connection, LLC from March 2014 to November 2014, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Insight Communications from 2004 to 2009. Renee also has a background in the Army National Guard, where roles included Officer and Enlisted from 2000 to 2009. Renee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University, achieved between 2011 and 2014.
