Nandita Banna is an accomplished analyst in data science currently working at General Atlantic since July 2023. With a strong foundation in analytics and digital transformation, Nandita previously interned at SMRT Corporation Ltd, where dynamic Power BI dashboards were developed to enhance operational performance, as well as a predictive system for maintenance data achieving 98% accuracy. Nandita gained recognition as Miss Universe Singapore 2021, making history by placing Singapore in the Top 16 for the first time in 34 years, while also advocating for various social causes. Additional experience includes roles at Love, Bonito and Mondelēz International, where data analytics solutions and improved inventory visibility were created. Nandita holds a double degree in Business Management and Information Systems from Singapore Management University, complemented by earlier education at Raffles Institution and Raffles Girls' School.
