Luiza Gundim is a Private Equity Investment Professional at General Atlantic since April 2023, with prior experience in private equity roles at SPX Capital and The Carlyle Group, the latter focusing on the Carlyle South America Buyout Fund. Previous to these positions, Luiza worked in investment banking with Goldman Sachs in the Global Industrial Group from July 2018 to February 2020. Luiza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago, completed between 2014 and 2018, and earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma from The American School of São Paulo, where studies were undertaken from 2010 to 2014. Earlier education included time at the Carlucci American International School of Lisbon.
