Octavian Neamțu is a seasoned software architect and technical leader with significant experience in health-tech and engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Software Architect at HHAeXchange since January 2022, Octavian successfully established the enterprise architecture team and has been instrumental in promoting best practices across 30+ R&D teams. Previously, as Senior Director of Technical Innovation at Annkissam from July 2012 to January 2022, Octavian led engineering initiatives that increased team size and revenue, developed essential software solutions for self-direction programs benefiting over 100,000 vulnerable individuals, and significantly improved operational efficiency, saving millions in revenue. With a foundational education in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bowdoin College and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin, Octavian's diverse experience includes notable roles in research, engineering, and system architecture.
