Dave Draper is a seasoned professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Generac Power Systems since October 2021. Draper's extensive experience includes roles as a Training and Instructional Designer at Rogers Behavioral Health and as an Instructional Designer at Standard Process Inc., where project management of online coursework and collaboration with stakeholders were key responsibilities. Prior to these roles, Draper consulted on workforce development projects and served as a Learning and Development Consultant at We Energies, focusing on training development for job skills.
