Iris Juder has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2013, they started their career at MPG PLUS d.o.o. as a Sales Promotion and Customer Support representative, where they worked until 2016. Simultaneously, in 2013, they also started working at Philip Morris International in a similar role, where they stayed until 2017. In 2016, they briefly worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Univerza v Mariboru. From 2017 to 2020, Iris worked as a Spa Coordinator at Almhof Schneider. Their most recent position is as a Digital Marketing Assistant at GenePlanet, where they have been since July 2020.

Iris Juder attended Universidad de Cádiz from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Psychology. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Slovenian language and literature at Univerza v Mariboru from 2009 to 2016. Additionally, during the same period, they also completed a Master's degree in Pedagogy at Univerza v Mariboru.
