Ebehiremen A. is a Senior Scientist at Genentech, focusing on Preclinical Translational Pharmacokinetics within Developmental Sciences, particularly for the Neuro and Ophthalmology platforms. In this role, Ebehiremen serves as a PK Cross-Functional Project Team Representative, engaging in study design, PKPD data interpretation, modeling, simulation, and drug development strategy. Prior to this position, Ebehiremen worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore under Dr. Peter Swaan and gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, studying the toxicity of targeted nanoparticles on breast cancer, as well as serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in microbiology and immunology courses. Ebehiremen holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a BS in Immunology and Infectious Diseases from Penn State University, where a Minor Certificate in Microbiology was also earned.
