Bingchuan Wei is a Senior Principal Scientist at Genentech, leading analytical development teams for various drug modalities, including small molecules, ADCs, and RNAs, from pre-clinical development to IND. Prior roles at Genentech include Principal Scientist, where leadership extended to managing CRO/CDMO activities, and Technical Development Senior Scientist, focusing on analytical method development for clinical products. Bingchuan holds leadership positions with the Chinese American Chromatography Association and the ISPPP Conference, and previously contributed as a Research Scientist at Phenomenex and as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at both the University of Washington and Purdue University. Bingchuan completed an MBA at Penn State University and earned a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Mathematics from Peking University.
