Thomas Dunwell currently serves as the NGS Team Lead, Principal Scientist, and Senior Scientist at GeneFirst since September 2017. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford from January 2015 to June 2017 and a Research Fellow at City of Hope from May 2010 to March 2014. Thomas holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Genetics and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with Cell and Molecular Biology, both obtained from the University of Birmingham, with the PhD earned from 2006 to 2009 and the BS from 2003 to 2006.
