Sven Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Sven started their career as a Student Assistant at the University of Augsburg in 1994. From there, they worked as a Lawyer and Attorney-at-law at a law firm before joining Unilever in 2000. At Unilever, they held positions such as Junior Human Resources Manager, Labor Relations Specialist, and Human Resources Manager. In 2007, they joined Novartis and took on roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, Head Human Resources for Region Central Europe, Head Global Employee Relations, and Business Practices Officer for Region Asia Pacific. In 2017, they transitioned to working as an Attorney-at-law at another law firm before eventually becoming the Head of Human Resources at Genedata in 2018.
Sven Fischer's education journey began in 1993 when they enrolled at the University of Augsburg. Sven pursued a degree in Law and successfully completed their studies in 1997. After obtaining their bachelor's degree, they furthered their legal education by attending the Higher Regional Court in Munich. From 1998 to 2000, Sven was enrolled in this institution where they studied Law and became a fully qualified lawyer.
