Natalia Turcanu is an experienced legal counsel with a strong background in corporate law and complex negotiations. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Genedata since March 2021, Natalia previously held positions at Cisco Systems France as Corporate Legal Counsel from January 2016 to March 2021, and at Alcatel Mobile as Senior Legal Counsel from July 2010 to December 2015, where significant support was provided for various commercial agreements across Europe. Earlier roles included legal counsel for L'Oreal R&D and a legal internship at Galderma, focusing on contract law and medical device regulations. Natalia has a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor/Master's degree in Law from Université Côte d'Azur, along with a CIPM certification in Privacy.
