Joe Basgall started their work experience in 1987 as the Vice President of IT and Operations at Ball Seed. Joe was responsible for managing the Call Center, distribution center, logistics, and IT. Joe then moved on to work at G. Neil Companies in 1992 as the COO and CIO. In this role, they were responsible for overall operations and overseeing the company's IT department. Joe worked at G. Neil Companies until 2001. From 2002 to 2004, Joe Basgall worked as the COO at Orange County School System. Joe'sresponsibilities at this role included managing the school system's operations. Finally, in 2003, they joined Geneca as the CFO. In this role, they managed cash management, invoicing and collections, general ledger, and payroll. Joe also handled contract review and approval, as well as cash investment and disbursement.

Joe Basgall obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Behavior from DePaul University, from the years 1978 to 1980. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Finance and Marketing, at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, from 1983 to 1985.
