Walter Fenoglio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market policy and regulatory strategy within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Market Policy Regulatory Specialist at Edison Mission Energy since January 2009, Walter evaluates the impacts of changing ERCOT ISO market rules and PUCT regulatory developments on business strategy and operations. Prior roles include Vice President of Special Projects at Texas Energy Aggregation, General Manager at TriStem LTD, and various leadership positions at TXU and Texas Energy Association for Marketers. Walter holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from Texas Christian University and began their career as a Crude Oil Account/Forecasting Analyst at Mobil Oil.
