Alexandra Osorio has a decade of experience in the technology and laboratory industries. Alexandra began their career in 2001 as a Supervisor Manufacturing-Filling, Lab Support, and Customs & Specials at Life Technologies. In 2006, they became a Lab Manager at Assure Controls, where they established all laboratory procedures for a new company using live organisms for water quality testing. In 2014, they became a Reagents Supervisor at SGI-DNA, A Synthetic Genomics Inc. Company, where they created reagent manufacturing lab, all Standard Operating Procedures, and batch records for the reagents lab. Finally, in 2017, they were hired as a Technology Development Manager at Genalyte, Inc.

Alexandra Osorio attended Fundación Universidad de Bogotá 'JorgeTadeo Lozano' from 1991 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology. Alexandra then attended Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an Ext in Environmental Assessment.
