Todd Greenspan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Todd began their career as a Manager in Audit & Advisory Services at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1994. Todd then moved on to roles such as Controller at Astropower, Senior Director of Finance at Amkor Technology, and Vice President of Finance at Isolagen, Inc. Todd served as Chief Financial Officer at Isolagen, Inc., where they were responsible for the finance function of the biotechnology company. Todd also held the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller at C&D Technologies, Inc., an international industrial battery manufacturer. At Houghton International, they worked as a Senior Finance Director of the Americas and was later promoted to Global Controller. Todd later joined SolomonEdwards as the Vice President of Finance before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for finance, treasury, tax, accounting, legal, and IT. Prior to their current role, Todd served as the Vice President of Finance at Aramsco. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at Gen3 Marketing, an international industry leader in digital marketing solutions.

Todd Greenspan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware in the years between 1989 and 1994. Todd furthered their education at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Master's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Additionally, Todd holds certifications from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), including a Certificate of Educational Achievement in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
