Bulent Des has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Bulent most recently worked as an Engagement Manager at Gen25, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, from January to March 2023, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Beschikbaar voor nieuwe uitdaging.

Bulent has a long history with NEP The Netherlands, starting as a Project Manager in February 2005 and eventually becoming the Crewmanager Audio / Senior Project Manager in March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for project management and the recruitment, management, and functioning of all sound engineers within the Broadcast Department. Bulent successfully restructured the department and oversaw notable projects like the creation of a new music recording OBV and the annual Lowlands festival for MOJO.

Before their time at NEP, Bulent worked as a Freelancer from 2000 to 2015, specializing in event production and artist production. Bulent also had a role as Manager/Programmer at Twstd R&D BV (dj-cafe) from 2002 to 2005, where they handled staffing, programming, marketing, and event organization.

At the start of their career, Bulent worked as a Field Sales Representative at SpaarAdvies (Aegon) from January to August 2000.

Bulent Des completed their secondary education at De Amersfoortse Berg from 1988 to 1994, where they earned their HAVO diploma. Following this, from 1995 to 1999, they attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), where they pursued a degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde and obtained the title of Ing.
