James Hyon has had a successful career in the restaurant industry, starting as a Head Sushi Chef at Misora Express. James progressed to become a General Manager at various establishments such as RA Sushi Bar Restaurant, Bamboo Sushi, and Fuku Sushi. Currently, James holds the position of District Manager at Gen Korean BBQ House in Arizona. Their culinary journey began with a Junior Sous Chef role at Sumo Maya after their education at Rutgers University.
