Mayara Toledo has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing. Mayara started their career in 2016 as an Account Relationship Manager at Meu Estúdio. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at TOTVS, starting as a Junior Marketing Analyst and eventually becoming a Senior Marketing Analyst. During their time at TOTVS, Mayara was involved in various marketing activities such as event planning, sales funnel management, marketing campaigns, and support for franchises.
In 2020, Mayara joined Gera let as a Product Marketing Leader, where they were responsible for establishing the Product Marketing department from scratch. Mayara successfully implemented projects like branding positioning, Go To Market strategy, NPS implementation, and managed social media and inbound marketing efforts.
In 2021, Mayara worked as a Marketing Manager Brazil at Instaleap, focusing on marketing strategies in the Brazilian market.
Currently, Mayara is working as a Growth Marketing Manager at Gen, a technological branch of General Shopping & Outlets. Mayara is the first hire of the company and is responsible for building and managing the growth team.
Mayara Toledo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. After that, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in E-commerce and Digital Marketing at Senac São Paulo, which they completed in 2017. In addition, they hold several certifications. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Management 3.0 - Agile Model from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Growth Marketing Foundations and Marketing: Copywriting for Social Media from LinkedIn. In 2023, they obtained certifications in Growth Marketing from G4 Educação and 300-101: Certified Facebook Professional in Creative Strategy from Meta.
