Amanda Morrison has over a decade of experience in substance use prevention and community coordination. Currently serving as Deputy Director and Prevention Program Manager at Geminus since August 2011, Amanda oversees multiple state and federal grant projects, as well as the Lake County Local Coordinating Council (SAFE). Previously, Amanda held the role of Coalition Coordinator, mobilizing community efforts to reduce substance abuse in Lake County, Indiana. Prior positions include Strategic Prevention Framework-State Incentive Grant Intern at the Indiana Prevention Resource Center and Graduate Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington, where Amanda contributed to various projects related to substance use research and assessment. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington.
