Achara Rodkasem is a business professional with over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources. Achara is currently the Branch Manager at Gemini Personnel, a position they have held since January 2020.

Achara has a long history of working in HR and recruitment, starting with their first HR position at Yokohama Tire Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in 2005. From there, they moved to Hutchison Laemchabang Terminal, Ltd. (Hutchison Ports Holding) as an HR Officer in 2006. In 2008, they joined PRTR Recruitment and Outsourcing (Eastern Seaboard) Co., Ltd. as their Business Development Manager for Recruitment.

In 2013, Achara made a switch to Purac (Thailand) Ltd. (Corbion), where they served as an HR Specialist for recruitment before moving on to Cytec Specialty Chemical (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as their HR Supervisor in 2012. After two years with Cytec, they returned to the recruitment industry as a Business Development Manager with Gemini Personnel Recruitment Co.,Ltd. in 2017. Most recently, Achara was with JAC Personnel Eastern Seaboard Recruitment Ltd. as their Senior Manager for the Recruitment Service from June 2019 until January 2020, when they assumed their current role as Branch Manager at Gemini Personnel.

Achara Rodkasem has a Master's degree in Public and Private Management Program from the National Institute of Development Administration. Achara also has a Bachelor Degree of Science in Biotechnology from Mae Fah Luang University.

Achara Rodkasem reports to Jim Sutherland, Chairman. They are on a team with Phil Nicholls - Managing Director, Ricky Wang - Branch Manager, and Rena Zhang - Admin & Cashier.
