Walter Vroom is an experienced procesmanager currently working at Gemeente Haarlem and Gemeente Zandvoort since November 2017 and May 2020, respectively. Vroom previously held the positions of project leader and planeconoom at Gemeente Den Haag from February 2009 to November 2017, as well as at Industrieschap De Plaspoelpolder from April 2010 to August 2012. Additionally, Vroom served as a member at RIO Nuevo! from March 2007 to April 2015 and as project leader at Nirov from January 2006 to January 2009. Vroom's educational background includes a BSc and MSc in Geodetic Engineering from Delft University of Technology, alongside a BA and MA in History from Leiden University. Recently, Vroom completed a program at the NIMO Project Management Institute from March 2022 to October 2023.
