Elsbeth Otten is an experienced professional with a background in conflict resolution, communication, and strategic coordination. Currently serving as a Verbinder and Coördinator Strand at Gemeente Zandvoort, as well as a Gebiedscoördinator Zandvoort, Elsbeth has been involved in program coordination at Gemeente Haarlem since March 2018. Previous roles include Mediator, where Elsbeth developed expertise in conflict dynamics and problem-solving negotiation strategies. Additional experience encompasses collaboration on smart technology initiatives at 3D Makers Zone, stakeholder relationship management at Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier, and consulting for public sector personnel issues at MT&V. Elsbeth's educational foundation includes a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and mediation training from Schouten en Nelissen.
