Ben Kuipers is a seasoned landscape architect with a diverse portfolio of roles and extensive experience in landscape architecture and urban development. Currently serving as a Praktijkdocent landschapsarchitectuur at the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, TU Delft, since February 2023, Kuipers also holds positions as a member of the Advisory Committee for Spatial Development in Noord-Holland and as a Polderarchitect for Midden-Delfland, focusing on landscape quality. As an independent business owner since May 1999, Kuipers provides strategic design and advisory services for urban and rural projects. Additional roles include supervising projects for the Municipality of Woerden, being part of the Quality Team for the Coastal Development in Zandvoort, and participating in various boards and committees, including a stint as chair of NVTL and a strategic advisor at Atelier Rijksbouwmeester. Kuipers holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from Wageningen University & Research.
