Denise Bijen is a Programma-adviseur Onderwijs en Jeugd at Gemeente Twenterand since September 2021 and has also served as a Beleidsmedewerker Jeugdzorg. Concurrently, Denise has been an Adviseur for the Adviesraad Sociaal Domein Dinkelland at Gemeente Dinkelland since August 2018, providing advisory services to the municipality. Previous experience includes working as an Onafhankelijk cliëntondersteuner and Projectleider JMZ at Wijkracht, where comprehensive support and advice were offered to enhance self-sufficiency and participation. Denise's earlier roles include Mantelzorg consulent at Stichting Fundament, Begeleider Welzijn, and various support positions at Zorggroep Sint Maarten. Educated at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht with a Master’s degree in Integrated Care Design and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, Denise brings a strong background in social services and community support.
