Karen Ardies is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in selection and job coaching. Currently serving as Stafmedewerker selectie at Gemeente Schoten since January 2020, Karen previously held the role of HR Consultant at Solvus from May 2018 to January 2020 and worked as a Job Coach at VDAB from February 2016 to April 2018. Karen's academic background includes two Master's degrees from Ghent University, one in Conflict and Development obtained in 2015 and another in Work and Organizational Psychology earned in 2014.
