Wendy Van Amerongen is an experienced HR advisor with a strong background in personnel and organization development. Currently serving as an Adviseur HRO at Gemeente Rotterdam since November 2023, Wendy has previously held significant roles at GGZ Delfland, Rexel Nederland, and Rollema, providing coaching and advice to management on various HR matters. With expertise in developing and implementing personnel and training policies, Wendy has also facilitated employee mobility initiatives and led HR projects at Havensteder, where responsibilities included designing training plans and harmonizing labor conditions post-merger. Wendy's HR journey began at PWS Rotterdam and includes foundational experience in quality management at Huntsman, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Haagse Hogeschool.
