Omega Brewer-Gonzalez is an experienced government affairs professional, currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs at SEIU Local 1000 since July 2019, following previous roles as Governmental Affairs Coordinator and Legislative Advocate within the same organization. Prior to SEIU Local 1000, Omega worked as a Political Coordinator at SEIU Local 2015 and held significant positions in the California State Senate and Assembly, including District Director for Dr. Richard Pan and Field Representative for Dr. Pan. Earlier experience includes organizing leadership at GroundWorks Campaigns and a long tenure at Natomas Unified School District in various human resources and administrative roles. Education was completed at Western Governors University.
