Maarten Rommerts has extensive experience in the field of cultural technology and landscape design, currently serving as a Werkvoorbereider cultuurtechniek at BAR-organisatie since January 2015. Since 2007, Maarten has held the position of Senior tekenaar - ontwerper buitenruimte at Gemeente Ridderkerk, focusing on public green spaces and play facilities. Previous roles include positions at Grontmij as a Projectmedewerker / CAD-tekenaar, where expertise was applied in planting plans and civil engineering, and at various municipalities in project preparation and CAD design. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Garden and Landscape Design from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences and an MBO in Landscape and Public Green Management from Wellant College, Gouda.
