Lilian Smale currently serves as Teamleider Groen en Bedrijfsvoering at Gemeente Ooststellingwerf since January 2014, where responsibilities include conducting intake interviews, re-evaluations, diagnosis, creating procedural plans, and coaching individuals towards the labor market while liaising with external partners.
