Monika Šimkutė-Bukantė is a PhD student with a diverse professional background, currently serving as a Leadership Expert at the European Social Fund Agency since July 2022 and as a Lecturer at Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas from February 2024. Monika is the Founder of Kversumas since October 2019 and has previous experience as a Consultant at EY from January 2018 to September 2019. Additional internships have been completed at Lietuvos bankas, DNB, UAB Tomita, Ober-Haus, and Western Union, spanning from 2013 to 2016. Monika holds a Master’s degree in Educational Management from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, a Master’s in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from ISM University of Management and Economics. Further professional development includes participation in the Coaching Essentials Programme at Coaching Development Ltd.
