Bob Vogelzang is an experienced professional in spatial planning and policy development, currently serving as Project Leader and Policy Officer for Spatial Development at Gemeente Lochem since January 2016. Previous roles include Policy Officer for Recreation and Tourism at Gemeente De Ronde Venen and Project Supporter in Spatial Planning. Bob has a background in permit granting and building plan assessment, having trained at BMC Implementatie, and has also contributed to educational initiatives focused on water management with Waterschap Vechtstromen. The early career included positions as a Junior Planner at Eelerwoude and various roles in customer service and administrative support. Bob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Spatial Planning from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and has completed multiple MBO-level qualifications in accounting and administration.
