Jan Couwenberg is an accomplished architect and owner of JCA architectuur, a small firm established in 2010, focusing on innovative contemporary designs within existing contexts. In addition to leading their architectural practice, Jan Couwenberg serves as a board member of ontwikkelvereniging Burgerij, where a collaborative urban housing project in Tilburg is underway. As advisor for omgevingskwaliteit at Dorp, Stad en Land and as chair of the monumentencommissie for gemeente Hilvarenbeek, Jan Couwenberg plays a pivotal role in advising on environmental quality and heritage matters. With experience as an advisor for various municipalities in North Brabant and past membership in the Brabant C Fonds Advisory Committee, Jan Couwenberg is dedicated to enhancing the region's cultural and spatial landscape.
