Mubarek Al-Mutawa currently serves as an Information Technology Help Desk Analyst at Crossfuze since April 2024. Prior to this role, Mubarek worked as a Pest Control Technician at Adam's Pest Control, Inc. from July 2023 to April 2024 and gained experience in IT desktop support at North Memorial Health for six months in 2022. Mubarek's earlier career included an Associate position at Micro Center and a Team Lead role at Turck USA, where responsibilities included monitoring systems and solving logistical issues. Additionally, Mubarek worked as a Wait Assistant at Pittsburgh Blue from October 2017 to November 2020. Mubarek holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Dunwoody College of Technology, completed in December 2023.
