Roland Figaroa has extensive experience in public space management and civil engineering, holding key leadership positions in various municipalities and organizations since the early 1990s. Currently serving as Teamleider Openbare Ruimte at Gemeente Hillegom since December 2013, Roland Figaroa is responsible for developing and implementing policies related to public spaces. Previous roles include Manager Bedrijfsbureau BOR at Gemeente Amsterdam, Teamleider Regie Openbare Ruimte at Gemeente Schiedam, and Senior Interim Manager at Yacht. Roland Figaroa has also contributed to significant projects in civil engineering and water management at organizations such as Gemeente Breda, Waternet, and Rijkswaterstaat. Educational background includes studies at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
