Hans Kostense is an experienced project leader and director with a strong background in sustainability and environmental management. Currently serving as Project Leader at Gemeente Haaksbergen since April 2024, Hans also holds the position of Director/Owner at Energiekracht, which assists private homeowners with energy-related issues. Previous experience includes roles as Project Leader for Sustainability at Gemeente Stichtse Vecht and Project Leader for sustainability initiatives at Gemeente Olst-Wijhe. Hans has also served as a Board Member at Cooperatie De Groene Kolenboer U.A., focusing on locally sourced sustainable resources. The foundation in Environmental Science, Nature and Landscape Management, and Communication was established at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, where education was completed between 1985 and 1991.
