Willeke Moerkerk is an experienced program manager and strategist with a strong background in organizational development and public service. Currently serving as Program Manager for organization development, service delivery, and participation at Gemeente Goeree-Overflakkee since May 2019, Willeke oversees multiple departments including citizen affairs, communication, and the call center, managing a team of 45 staff members. Previous roles include strategic advisor at Melissant Mode en Wonen, manager of businesses at Rabobank Voorne-Putten Rozenburg, and various managerial positions at Rabobank focusing on MKB and corporate relationships. Willeke holds a Master of Science in Management & Organization from TIAS School for Business and Society and a Bachelor of Business Administration, among other educational qualifications.
