Tessa Vroegop is an HRM Adviseur at Gemeente Etten-Leur since March 2023. Prior to this role, Tessa served as a Corporate Recruiter at de Viersprong from May 2017 to February 2023, focusing on nationwide recruitment in a competitive labor market. Tessa began their career at Start People, progressing from intercedente to Senior Intercedent Large Accounts from November 2008 to April 2017, where responsibilities included candidate selection, performance evaluations, and payroll management. Earlier experience includes being an Account Executive at EMG from September 2004 to October 2008, overseeing marketing communication strategies and PR activities. Tessa holds a HBO degree in Personnel and Labor from HZ University of Applied Sciences and a HBO degree in International Business and Management Studies from Hogeschool Avans te Breda.
