Chantal Geurts is currently working as a Beleidsmedewerker sociaal domein at gemeente Drimmelen since April 2020. Prior to this, Chantal worked as a coordinator mentale toegankelijkheid reguliere openbaar vervoer at Regio West-Brabant from April 2018 to April 2020. With a background in ergotherapie from hogeschool zuyd, Chantal also served as a wmo consulent at Gemeente Geertruidenberg from May 2004 to April 2020.
