Paul Franssen has extensive experience in public administration and project management. Currently, Paul serves as a senior advisor for spatial planning at Gemeente Den Helder since November 2020. Prior to this role, Paul spent over 12 years at Gemeente Texel as an economist and project manager. Paul’s international experience includes working as a project manager for the Latin America Desk at Oxfam Novib and as a consultant in development cooperation at HMA Managua. Paul holds a degree from Maastricht University, completed between 1987 and 1992.
