Willy L. W. de Groot is an experienced educational and healthcare project leader currently serving as Projectleider Onderwijs en Zorg at Gemeente Dantumadiel since January 2024 and as Beleidsmedewerker Onderwijs at Gemeente Noardeast-Fryslân since August 2021. In addition to leading initiatives at the Regiegroep Zorg en Onderwijs, Willy has a long-standing involvement in various educational roles, including as Directeur SBO de Twine from August 2016 to February 2021 and as a teacher at multiple schools from 1982 to 2000. Willy has also held leadership positions in community organizations, including serving as the voorzitter for the Vocaal ensemble Collage and Stichting Kerstfair Dokkum. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education from Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland and an RDO degree from Windesheim.
