Hettie van den Brink has extensive experience in management, currently serving as the manager at Gemeente Bronckhorst since September 2005, where responsibilities transitioned from leading the Support Department to overseeing the Service Department, encompassing various clusters such as client advice and organizational personnel. Prior to this, Hettie held multiple management roles at Hectas from April 1990 to September 2005, including regional and account manager positions. Hettie began a career in sales as a sales manager at Eurasem from February 1988 to April 1990 and worked in personnel selection at Randstad Uitzendbureau Nijmegen from May 1984 to February 1988. Earlier roles included heading the information department at VVV Arnhem en de Zuid Veluwe and all-round work at Ontmoetingscentrum Frankrijk.
