Patrick van 't Loo is an experienced project and program manager with a focus on urban development. Currently, Patrick serves as Programmamanager Crossmark for Gemeente Breda since October 2019, where responsibilities include notable projects such as the development of De Bouverijen and the redevelopment of former school sites. In addition, Patrick holds a position as a juror at NEPROM since September 2021 and has been an Associé Executive at Fakton since February 2018, emphasizing the dynamic nature of the spatial domain. Previous roles include project management positions across various municipalities, such as Gemeente Zoetermeer and Gemeente Schiedam, where Patrick managed significant urban development and investment programs.
