Mani Farr is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Qcells North America since April 2021. At Qcells, Mani successfully developed a software and data science-focused team, significantly increasing its size while shaping HR and recruitment strategies. Prior to Qcells, Mani held various HR roles, including Manager of the Colleague Experience Group at American Express, where responsibilities involved refining hiring and onboarding processes for the LoungeBuddy team, and Head of Talent at LoungeBuddy. Mani's career began at Sourcebits, Inc. as HR & People Operations Lead and has included roles in design and administration in earlier positions. Mani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
