Pedro Mattos is an experienced professional in manufacturing and fulfillment, currently serving as the General Manager at Gelatissimo since November 2023. Prior to this role, Pedro held the position of Plant Manager at Primo Foods from December 2022 to November 2023. From January 2012 to December 2022, Pedro worked at Unilever, progressing through several roles including Manufacturing Manager, Technology Lead, Ice Cream Technology Coordinator, Dove Manufacturing Coordinator, and Dove Manufacturing Analyst. Pedro's expertise encompasses leading product and process innovations, optimizing manufacturing operations, and implementing cost reduction strategies, with a strong focus on operational excellence and quality improvement. An alumnus of UFSCar, Pedro holds an Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering.
