Suzy Rosser has had a diverse range of work experience. Suzy started their career at Gelati Celesti Ice Cream in 2009 as an Assistant Store Manager and worked there until 2013. Suzy then interned at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center as a Front Office Intern from 2014 to 2015. Suzy then joined Omni Hotels & Resorts in 2015 and held various roles including Front Office Leader in Development, Assistant Front Office Manager, and Catering and Convention Services until 2020. In 2019, they became the General Manager at Gelati Celesti Ice Cream and later transitioned to the role of Director of Retail Operations in 2020.

Suzy Rosser completed their education at Deep Run High School from 2007 to 2011, earning a High School degree. Suzy then attended Virginia Tech from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management / Marketing. In 2014, Suzy briefly studied International Business Marketing at USI Università della Svizzera italiana.
