Klaus Sievers Jaschan's work experience begins in 2011 as an Ingeniero de Ventas at CMPC. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at CMR Falabella Chile, holding various roles such as Jefe de Control de Gestión and Product Manager Gerencia de Canales. Klaus then worked as Jefe de Proyectos at CMR Falabella Chile from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they became Subgerente de Captación y Ventas at CMR Falabella Chile. From 2016 to 2017, Klaus worked as a Business Partner at Ágora Producciones, focusing on redefining the business model and developing marketing and sales. In 2017, they joined Cencosud S.A. as Subgerente Canal Paris, responsible for the commercial relationship with Paris. In 2018, they became Gerente de Canales at Empresas La Polar S.A., where they led the customer experience strategy. From 2020 to 2021, Klaus founded and worked at The Bridge SpA, a consulting company specializing in entrepreneurship. In 2021, they founded Gekko Zone SpA, a sportech company focused on bringing technology to amateur athletes. Currently, Klaus is working as the Country Manager at PMI Américas, a global payment services company.

Klaus Sievers Jaschan received their Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering with a specialization in Marketing from the Universidad Andres Bello. Klaus pursued further studies and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing Strategy from IEDE Business School in 2009-2010. Klaus then enrolled in the Programa Liderando Talentos "CMR Falabella" at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where they gained expertise in Entrepreneurial Leadership from 2014 to 2015. Klaus continued their education and completed a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation at IE Business School from 2015 to 2016.
