Kristin Anderson currently serves as the VP of Master Plan Delivery at Geisinger since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kristin was a senior partner at Halsa Advisors, LLC from August 2009 to December 2022, specializing in healthcare strategy and facilities planning for hospitals, health systems, and academic medical centers, with expertise in strategic planning, clinical program planning, and executive advisory services. Kristin held a position as Senior Manager at Kurt Salmon Associates from July 2000 to August 2009 and gained earlier experience through various roles, including an intern at Hill Physicians Medical Group and summer associate at APM/CSC Healthcare. Educational achievements include multiple degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, encompassing a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration, a Master of Public Health in Health Services Management, and an MBA in Health Services Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dartmouth College.
